Hi, my name is Katy, and I help social impact leaders stop sacrificing their wellbeing to their purpose, so they can have both.

In my early career, I co-founded Peer Health Exchange, leading an organization that has created educational opportunities for 200,000+ young people to share the resources they need to make healthy decisions. I'm trained as a Buddhist chaplain and a Nonviolent Communication conflict coach and mediator. I also draw on my experiences as a Zen monk, published author, and parent. I've coached senior leaders at companies and organizations working to develop affordable housing; tackle climate change; create economic opportunities for women, immigrants, and people of color; develop community-based mental health solutions for young people; and address the urgent challenges of our time.
